Imperial Hussars Sword??

Just picked this up today at a local flea market. Not really my area but I think it a cavalry sword with Hussars reg markings. I think it may be named too. Has strange "eagle" shadows on scabbard. It may have been re-painted. Worth much?

Any thoughts or info appreciated.
