PSS Document Found!

Hi All, Not sure if this will lead us to a better understanding of what the PSS bayonets were used and issued for. I came across this original police book, on page 12 it shows the PSS bayonet. I can't read German, but it appears to state "the special edition presentation bayonet" can anyone help? Sorry for the small photo, I will try to get a better close up.

Police Bayonet, Special Design. Sorry, but this is a rather well known manual and repeats the description found in the Fischer Ordnungspolizei weapons manuals from 1940-1944. We still have the same information about this bayonet as was available in 1978 when I wrote the police bayonet chapter in Johnson's Vol. IV as well the P.S.S. info in Witmann's book. It is simply a description of how the P.S.S. is made. No reasons or users mentioned.
