Opinions needed on this Ist Pattern Luft

I have seen this 1st pattern Luft with an unmarked blade. I would be grateful for opinions on its genuiness and value in this condition. I have never handled a 1st pattern Luft before and so am very unfamiliar with them,

Seems real to me, condition is awful...I would pass on this one myself but if you must have it try to get it for 300-375 tops.

Even if it goes for cheap you will have trouble recovering your investment if you ever want to sell it.
