Just a fact: damascus blade were never RZM marked. The other parts of the dagger are OK

The RZM symbol on damscus blades looks odd to me as well, but considering the fact that some more luxurious blades or parts could be also purchased privately and the orders went thru the RZM, so the RZM markings are possible, at least in theory. Nevertheless I don't think this is a good blade.
