Looks like a fake to me, lots of problems with this one. If you really want to take this further you're gonna need much better detailed pics.

thank you, i had a bad feeling about the maker stamp being a bit fuzzy and the distribution center mark all dented up... glad i asked.

It's not a good one,

look at the TM(ugly)and the motto placement is also to far from the crossguard.

this one just sold on Ebay for $1650. i thought i missed a bargain, it surely would have been a keeper at that price
