Hello all, I think I have one of the Sudanese SG 42 bayonets. Can anyone confirm please?
If it is , so what are these worth these days? Thanks alot in advance for any help. Michael

Hello Michael,

The value in any edged weapons is in the blade. As yours is not shown it's impossible to give a proper valuation. Can you provide some photos of the blade? From my reading I see that there were only 5000 of these made so scarcity will be on your side if you decide to sell. I just did a Google search and found quite a few references to this piece. Try it and you'll see the value range of items in good collectible condition.
