It's possible. Wusthof was a Rohm maker. They also used an earlier maker mark location such as yours, as well as a smaller logo close to the hilt. It looks like a factory ground. There maybe remnants of a dedication, however with these photos we can't tell.
This dagger if a 'ground-Rohm' would not increase it's value.
I would say that the scabbard is a later replacement.

Don't use a flash. Natural light is best on a cloudy day.

I see that this item is now on the E-stand.

In one of the comments it was noted that the blade appears to have been shortened. From the photos presented I would certainly agree that's what it looks like. It may be just the perspective but I don't know.

Can we get this issue resolved? What is the blade length in millimeters?

Agree, the blade's length should be mentioned as it's been obviously shortened.

I will measure it this afternoon and post here as quickly as possible.

            Gentlemen,

I am sorry. The posting of the shortening must have come up while i was posting the pictures, and i had not seen it. The closest that i could measure, and i would say that it is very close is that the blade is now 8.25" or 209.55 mm. I will make a revision to the listing. I am sorry for any trouble that i may have caused. Interestingly enough, i was reading about the tips being broken on ceremonial daggers and in some cases on Rohm Daggers. The crossgraining remains consistent from one end of the blade to the other, and under very close inspection that i cannot quite seem to photo, there does appear to be a slight remnant of an etching on the blade. What should the length be?

            Sincerely,

            Jeremiah

The correct length is 220mm +/- 2mm. Ex-Röhms are often shortened (breaking the tip was an act of disobedience to the higher authority - very old tradition in European military).
