Hi ,
as I understand, the first Hj kives were introduced in the 1928s and the first NPEA daggers in 1933.
But where would I find the paperwork for this action? Where was it anounced that from now on , this kind of knives/daggers are worn or given out?
Where would the construction details be found? Were there different maybe dagger options the cometee could choose from?
Can anyone help?
