    M36 SS Daggers. Desirability?

Hey guys just wanted some opinions on the desirability and I guess accordingly the value you guys place on the different vintages of the M36 daggers. i would also like to discuss the ups and downs of these different vintages.

I really like, naturally and most commonly, the early all solid nickel pieces with the Type II chains. These pieces with painted scabbards and burnished nickel fittings/type II chains were the earlier pieces right? I've always been somewhat confused about this issue regarding teh chains as I feel like Type II would have been produced first? due to solid nickel chains? As a down though, I often see swing wear on these nickel chains though, like my own. anyone else have some thoughts on these issues?

I also prefer the early/type 2 variation for obvious reasons . Down side is : more expensive , scabbard chips more readily than anodised , chain links are far more fragile than type 1 . Other than that , a thing of beauty .
