Unknown Knife - Any Ideas?

I've looked through several books and all over the internet and can find nothing like this. Measures 12 inches overall with a 7 1/4 inch blade. Handle is all metal. Crossguard is brass. Extremely high quality and perfect balance. It has the look of a dive knife. No markings anywhere.
Any ideas?

Can you post some pictures on the good light, it is hard to see anything from your pic.

Hi !

The blade is reminiscent of the spanish Civil war knife of the Republican Army, ("Bataillion de la Muerte"), marked UPC, (Union Publice Catalonia).

But, the crossguard and the hilt is completely different !

Overall lenght of the spanish knife; 12 inches
Blade lenght: 7 1/2 inches

Looks like an old divers knife, thats been customised.
