Land Customs Dagger

A friend has this LAND CUSTOMS DAGGER for sale. I'd like the form to look at the pictures he sent (best I have) and give me their opinion. The maker mark is WKC. I'm aware the Eichorn was the premier maker, but, did WKC make them too?
Also, what is a fair value for it? He's asking $1500.00

There are many fakes out there of this model. At least for me your buddy needs to provide better photos for an opinion on originality.

However, Yes, WKC did produce Land Customs daggers.
