Dress Bayo w/ Rare Maker?

Hey guys:

I just picked up the really nice dress bayo from the Vet's son today. It ain't "my thing" so I have a question before I offer it for sale.

Is this a "rare" maker or a retailer's name? I've never seen this one before (not that I've seen them all by any means!)

I'd say it is prett much mint except for some little lines on the blade that don't look like they will clean off, so I'm not trying. A little plating rubbed on the back were it has been against the frog.

I would say this is a distributor's mark. That said, I've never seen it before & believe it to be scarce if not rare in that regard. It might bring good money to a collector of maker marks but would probably not be appreciated by the masses as special.
