Now, I know that those K98 "SS" bayonets with the etched blades are just plain ol' fakes, but I just wanted to double check on this one, too. There's no blade etching that I can make out (sorry, I didn't take pictures), but that inlaid symbol on the grip is something I've never seen before. I'm pretty much convinced that it was added on later, but has anyone encountered anything like this before?
