NEED INFO: WHAT is this ITALIAN knife??

Hello "OTHER" Axis powers buffs! What can you tell me about this knife? I picked it up for a song today and the condition isnt very good but I did recognize the Fascist Italian symbol on the scabbard, Is it complete?,are they rare or uncommon? What would a value be on this? ANY and all opinions and info appreciated!! Kevin.
