Police bayo

I spotted a police bayo for sale. Its in very bad condition. Clearly original. The blade looks resharpened, and the police emblem is missing. The current bid is $130. Also its an eickorn. Can someone tell me what this ROUGH piece is worth? I am thinking like $200 max.

Sounds like a good decission. That example is in really bad shape, not much there that hasn't seen better days. Of course someone will probably pay way too much for it.
