Looks original but in poor condition due to the late production materials used to construct the hilt. Blade looks like it has rust/darkening too. My question is why would you buy it when there are tons like this out there on the estand & Eban?

Hola, sincerely i buy this, (not on Ebay), because the price is very cheap ($ 25), or at least it seems to me that this price is low.

$25 is a fine price as the scabbard is worth that alone, maybe more. I wasn't disparaging the piece other than condition but for that price, you did fine.
