It is very hard to see from those pictures, tell him to take some clear pictures.

Clear pictures are need to determine originality.

              I agree with Mongo.

Yep...looks like the same set-up with one larger ring on the longer chain minus
the clip that Manions had been selling these sets about 3 - 4 years ago.

                Familiar face returns to Capitol

TALLAHASSEE -- The man who called himself "The People's Governor" has returned to the Oil paintings for Sale state Capitol on a more permanent basis. Governor Charlie Crist's official portrait was unveiled at a ceremony in Tallahassee. Current Florida Governor Rick Scott also attended the event. The portrait will hang with past gubernatorial portraits along the Cartoon Oil Painting hallway leading the Governor's office at the Capitol building.According to the Secretary of State's office, the tradition of hanging portraits of past Governor's began with Gov. Francis Fleming, who served from 1889 to 1893. Until the early 1900s, the Garden Scenery Oil Painting portraits were charcoal enhanced photographs that hung in the cabinet meeting room of the Governor's Suite. Since 1920, original oil paintings have been made for each Governor. This painting of Crist is a different painting than the one sold last year on eBay. You may remember the Republican Party of Florida removed that oil painting from RPOF headquarters when Crist decided to leave the Republican party to run as an Independent for U.S. Senate.

I passed on the deal but the seller said that it was bought from manions a couple of years back.

I guess that alot of sh-t still comes from Manions.

If it was cheap, it'd be worth picking up. I've seen many SA High leaders with missing chains, and having a fake chain for display is better than no chain at all, IMHO.
