HJ knife M7/30 Gebrueder Grafrath

I have an opportunity to buy this HJ knife. I did a search in the forum for Grafrath and do not see it in the database of HJ knife makers. Does that mean it is a relatively scarce maker? I'm afraid I do not have all the pictures that you may require but I trust the seller implicitly and his father-in-law "liberated" it at the end of the war along with a Luger as a member of the 3rd Army. It seems to be properly marked as M7/30 additionally with the date of 1936. No pictures of the blade itself but it seems to be in decent shape. I keep a bit of a database of prices of lots of militaria from various auction houses but have not seen this maker before. Any ideas what this may be worth? I have seen prices ranging from $150 to $500 depending on condition.

Make sure you get extra photos, never know half the blade might be missing

thanks for the input...I have no doubt about the originality since the father-in-law is still alive to confirm but I had no idea about the value

Actually, that is a great question. I'll have to e-mail for a couple more photos if possible. I'll see if I can at least get a "verbal" answer even if I don't get a photo of it.

It is somewhat of a rare maker / dual marked HJ that looks all good to me. Value would depend on if it has a motto or not and if the motto is decent. JMO
