hi all i have a question about daf daggers. have daf memmbers any dagger. if not why

Hi,

No there does not exist something like a DAF dagger. Why not? Maybe it was to expensive to create a dagger for that purpose or whas it not done to bestowe this organisation with a dress weapon. I wrote somewhere Robert Ley already had a bit of a hard time to get permission for dressing his men in a fancy uniform.

Actually there might be a couple of "DAF" daggers floating around in collections somewhere. 3 or 4 (?) years ago I remember another collector who asked the question about "DAF" daggers. I don't recall the exact outcome of his request, but I still have a vague recollection of seeing a dagger with the DAF cogwheel attached to a crossguard.

Of course the dagger was a complete FAKE/FANTASY piece. FP
