Hi its a second pattern FS knife, looks like like a B2 and may be marked as such on the crossguard, Worth about £200-£300 depending on condition.
      hope this helps Neil

Yes its a Fairbairn Sykes, The second patterns are commonly marked B2 with an arrow, The ones marked B2 are now thought to have been produced by BSA, The scabbard on yours is missing the top half. I would say its easily worth £200-£300 maybe a bit more. I have a nice minty one that I bought locally.
            Cheers Neil
