Your bayonet is actually a second pattern because the grips are two piece. The first pattern has a wrap around one piece grip. This bayonet was used by the country of Peru on the M1909 rifle as indicated by the crest stamped on the end of the pommel. These bayonets are fairly common and are usually with matched numbers on bayonet and scabbard and in VG+-Exc condition. IMHO it is probably in the $50.00-75.00 range.

Yes, a bayonet made for export and not one used by the Germans. A very nice looking example of a Peruvian bayonet with matching scabbard.
