Early Eickhorn heer questions

Have a few questions regarding this early eick dagger.
I'm interested in the pumpkin colored handled one
Any reason for the scabbard oakleaves being larger in size... where the hanger would attach? Or does this scabbard not original to the dagger? I believe the dagger as a whole is original to itself, but not sure about the scabbard.
Overall pics aren't that great, but what would be a current market value for an early heer.

The left-hand side dagger has a Government Official style scabbard, so it has been replaced. Good pics are required of the scabbard to ID the maker and authenticate it, as there are many copies of this scabbard type. The scabbard itself is probably worth more than the dagger itself if period.
