It is in close to mint condition and that is why i purchased it but ......

i have some concerns because there is no maker mark , only WaA

That is a commercial bayonet made for an export contract by the Germans.

IIRC these were sold to Spain and Portugal.

It isn't a fake if that's what you were worried about - just not a German militart issue version.
