The RZM marking looks bad to me.....
See what the others say...but this one I'd pass on (based on the RZM markings).

Hi Pascal, This blade has been buffed so hard it's pretty much beyond collectibility. The other thing that concerns me is that in view #2 you have a beauty shiney lower crossguard and in view #3 they both appear quite corroded...
Not sure what's going on there but this is not the kind of piece that you will be happy with long term.

              15/39

I would stay away from that one.

              TM is not right. IMO

How far is the motto placed to the X-Guard?
              Regards

lookin at it again it does look very similar to mine but as stated the mark looks a little far from the xguard in the 1st pic, i dont think i have ever seen one that has been overcleaned like this someone has scrubbed the hell out of it , also as Paul says the x guard on pic2 doesnt look like the xguard on the last pic? strange
                regards Adam

The 15/39 code looks a little bit to far from the RZM-Circle

                  Perhaps the pic's

                    Hi Paul,
Of course is this blade not for my collection

But it's only to know if it could be possible this one could be an original
Al of the components are overcleaned by someone who didn't know what he did...

This SS blade is currently on a NSKK dagger. IMO (after inspection of the other components) seam to be a "Hartkopf & Co" NSKK dagger.

Of course it's a part dagger , but, as said, was only curious if the added blade, even if hardly overcleaned, could be an original 15/39 SS.

                    Thanks
                    Pascal.

                      - 16 mm between base of "15/39" markings end the end of the blade
                      - 32 mm between the last "E" of "TreuE" and the end of the blade (without Xguard).
