Very sorry to see you & Skip leaving, we will be hard pressed to find suitable replacements indeed. Someone mentioned another well known forum & the goings on there with removals & departures. It seems to me that history is merely repeating itself.

I don't know what the 'Casus belli' is for this to happen, but I'm very sorry to see the departure of both as moderators. Between the two of you there is a lot of institutional knowledge which is invaluable not just to newer collectors. But to those who have been collecting for a long time as well.

I would hope that both of you can still contribute if you want to, and it's permitted.

What a loss! Guys, as was mentioned by several people, I hope you will find the time to continue posting here and sharing your wealth of knowledge. We (newbies) learn a great deal from you and it would be a shame for you to go. Look forward to your future contributions.

I echo Jody's comments. You and Skip were assets to the Forum and I am disappointed to see both of you will no longer be part of it. A loss to us all.

It just makes us want to know .....THE REST.......OF THE STORY...I disagree...theres always someone to blame. Forums are developing in their infant stages...the best forum hasn't even been started yet. But until it is, this is the best we have under the circumstances. Someday all the bits and pieces will fall back together again. It aint the end of the world just yet.
