    SA Dagger for review

I know these pictures aren't great but hopefully they will do. This is a salty SA dagger that I picked up a while ago. I don't really have any reason to doubt authenticity but I wanted to post it up to be sure.

Scabbard fits tightly to cross guard.

    Thanks in advance

This is the last of the pictures.

There seems to be some kind of mottling on the blade. Any way to safely treat this?

Everything is as it should be, nothing to be done about the aging of the blade steel though, it extends beyond the surface, so enjoy the dagger for what is is...

I would wait for a better conditioned example to surface if it were me.

Absolutely no problems with originality, however the blade condition doesn't make this dagger very attractive. If it's really cheap, go for it - it is still an original SA dagger, a piece of history.

I purchased this a couple of years ago for a good price. I'm not a die hard dagger guy so it serves my purposes!

                  Thanks again for the comments!

Good salty looking RZM. Makes a decent wall hanger.
