    HJ Blades

I had never noticed the difference in some of the HJ blades until I bought the HJ shown previously with the inscribed handle.
The knife on the left is an RZM marked M7 / 51 dated 1936, and the knife on the lefr is the inscribed M7 / 37. The difference in weight is very noticeable.

Johnny, early no ricasso blades are even thinner, some hj makers like Gottlieb Hammesfahr & WKC made real heavy thick bladed high ricasso Transitional marked hjs with great quality build.

    Cheers Scott.
