It might be a stupid question, but i would a preciate if some one would help me.

What is the correct weight an mesurements of an LW dagger 1 model in aluminium,of course not the blade?? Maker: P.D. Luneschloss solingen

I know nothing abaut LW daggers, i ask this quistion for a freind.

Don't worry about asking a 'stupid question'. I seriously doubt I've asked my last one and I've been collecting for over 30 years!

Your question is pretty difficult to answer with any degree of certainty, though. my aluminum 1st model dagger measures about 49 cm in total length in the scabbard. The pommel is 31 mm in diameter. the crossguard measures 11 cm from tip to tip.

Hopefully, someone with a good metric scale can help out with the weight. I would not, however, put a lot of stock in the weight, as I would imagine it might vary considerably from one piece to another, depending on the material used for the scabbard shell, the type of chain hanger affixed to the dagger and other possible factors.
