    what to do ?

Picked up this Sa Dagger today at our local gun show. Nice (no dents or dings) anodized scabbord that has been painted. Someone suggested that the paint could be removed? My feeling is to leave it alone . But can the paint be removed without harming the original finish?

It can be done but in the hands of someone who knows what they're doing. Fooling around by someone who doesn't know what they're doing would likely reduce this scabbard into something no one would want. I would suggest either sending it to someone who knows how to remove paint from an anodized scabbard or just leaving it alone. It has some character as is IMHO but to each his own. Nice looking blade.
