        No during the whole TR period.OLC = Overhoff & Co., Lüdenscheid {metal parts,buttons,clips etc.a German manufacturer.}Seen without RZM such as early here and also with RZM code mark later on.

          Thanks K. and No OLC was a company before,during the whole TR period and postwar I believ also.OLC = Overhoff & Co., Lüdenscheid {buttons,clips,aluminum parts,belt buckles, German Uniform metal accessories/accoutrements etc.a German manufacturer.}
