    mint Röhm SA Dagger 1+!!!

    Hi!

One question to a sa dagger with full röhm gravure.
I want buy this dagger next days and then I will show here some photos.
The dagger is in unworn condition 1+! It comes with the document of the owner who was allowed to have the dagger. It comes also with the photo of this man.
What will be a fair price in euro for a röhm sa dagger in perfect condition with document and photo? I thought about 4000 Euro?

If what you say is all there...and it's attributable to a specific person...and it is indeed "Mint Condition" ....IMO 4,000EU is a very reasonable price.

Don't hesitate and buy it - Oh...one other thing...First make sure it is original.

If you have any doubts get some good photos and post them here first.

    Regards,

This makersmark is not correct for a SMF Röhm blade in my opinion: must be closer to the guards, see picture!

+ the guard of the daggers is mounted upside down.

                    Best regards,

Its been apart, the gau mark is on the wrong way round and as Victorman states, the maker mark should be seen closer to the hilt.

that the gau mark is on the wrong way is possible because I opened the dagger to see the mark on the blade under the grip. After opening I put it on the wrong way. That is not the problem.....

The Rohm inscription is post War added IMO, and if this is the mint Rohm you are talking about? Then the dagger you show here is know where near what a mint condition piece looks like!

I agree with rkhunter, I do not like the Rohm inscription at all.

has anybody a SMF römblade to compare?
only this will make sure if original or not.
does anybody a dealer who has a smf röhm dagger in his offer?
it´s easy to say it´s not autentic.....some facts would be helpful
