SS dagger just found!

Well just got home on this frozen icy nite with this SS dagger!

Can't get good pics right now but its nicer then these couple pics!

number stamped is 29765 and stamped on other side 2.

Lady just broke off tip of hanger strap 2 weeks ago! But I have it!

Never cleaned or touched! Also came with a german engraved shotgun!

Gotta get some info on number !

It's in the 1936. '37 and '38 list...as luck would have it I only have the 1935 so I can't help you.

It's in the 1936. '37 and '38 list...as luck would have it I only have the 1935 so I can't help you.

Another forum member gave me the first info!

Number 29765 belonged to Friedrich LEBER
born 22.06.1896 NSDAP NUMBER 296958
SS-HAUPTSTURMFUHRER 20.04.1942

pic 3 Green will have to be removed but not yet! Fittings have a nice gold hue to them!

Haven't even wiped blade down! Handle is really nicer than pics! blacker
and very pleasing in hand!

Scabbard looks to have been painted over finish which IMO is period !
