                      Nice epack. It's got that typical brown tint to the grip which I like to see.
                      Also the quality on these are superior to the rest.
                      I like them as much as Boker. Perhaps even a little more.

                      Too bad someone wanted to steel wool the "pimpling" on the scabbard.
                      That is why it is better to just "retard" what you have and not try to "improve".

                      One usually has to pay a premium to gat an e-pack SS.

                      Let's see what some of the otner guys have to say.

                        It does appear to be a nice original example. It's hard for me to understand what some people think they're going to accomplish by taking pliers to the tang nut or steel wool to the scabbard. Once a piece has a problem, I agree with Wags, it's better to try and preserve what's left than to improve what's wrong. I really like that "high necked" eagle on the grip.

                          The wood damage at the bottom of the eagle is this ok or has the eagle been replaced.
                          I dont know but can you educate me in this area please?
