    Hi Folks!

I dont know if the Knife is Original or not. But when I come along threads where just things are written by nearly all members that are absoultely wrong I have to stop and write my opinion. So sorry for that!

"Made in Germany" had been established since circa 1876 (it is a interesting story, started by the brits that wanted to protect their products and so decided that all foreign products must have been marked with origins - not knowing that "made in germany" will stand for "quality" later...)

However: Made in Germany is mostly PREwar.

If you see a "Made in Western Germany" you should pass it ;-)

    best wishes
    Michael
