What are these mystery hangers?

Hi Forum, I don't thing about these hangers and they may not be German, I don't know. They were in a large group of daggers and german dagger hangers etc. that I purchased. They are brown and the metal parts have a silver plating or wash to them. They even came with the belt loop, Any guesses?
