hanger for a railroad dagger?

is that hanger for a Government dagger? Backside is deep blue.

Looks like standard Heer hangers to me. I've seen the colour range from green to dark brown on these with aging, so perhaps it's just age or storage that's effected the colour of the backing... They don't appear to be either Railway or Govt Official.

I agree...Railway hangers have two black stripes on the face of the straps and GO/Diplo hangers have a 'herringbone' pattern to the fabric and different hardware
