          The blade is hard to get a good shot of but I would rate it very good to excellent. The scabbard has about 90+ % of it's paint.

                Nice example of an Alcoso Heer saber. I also have this particular model. I've always found the way the stylized Wehrmacht eagle is worked into the obverse langet interesting. It's a very unique, and clearly identifiable pattern saber from Alcoso. These are not to terribly common, compared to it's Alcoso brethren like the Nr 119.

                PS- Kirby I received the LF&C 1917 a few weeks ago...don't recall if I had let you know or not.
