Judging from the orange grip and springy aluminum wire along with a rather early silver plated type scabbard , I say it's Paul Weyersburg.

I wonder if WKC pommels ever found their way on Weyersberg daggers? That doesn't resemble the pommel on my Weyersberg, but the grip and wire match perfectly.
I just copied the photo showing the blade to my computer and then blew it up and I can see the Weyersberg logo. It's pretty grainy and faint but I can clearly see the large oval and make out the lower part of the sword.
