The bulb & strap make me think this is an SS VT knot although I'm unsure which unit the color scheme would belong to. Does it glow under blacklight?

I also thought SS-VT,but shouldn't the coloured thread in the strap be black?It looks blue,but it could be the pic.

An odd color combination. If the crown is faded blue it should indicate the 12th Company of an SS- VT unit. I can't tell if it is original from the photos.
