Mint 'cof44' bayonet

Is this a correct set? I have not seen an unmarked scabbard before. It came together with a very late web and leather frog. Thoughts?

And here is a mint '44ffc' which fell 'out of the woodwork' a few weeks ago from a vet's estate.

But the serial numbers are off by 87.

Nice pieces, i dont know about using of unmarked scabbard on cof44 production, but it could be real. best regards,Andy

IMO that late in the war it's certainly possible that a scabbard might occasionally slip through without being numbered.
