Etching Translation on Dagger

I purchased a dagger with this etching on the reverse. Anyone see this before?

It has the potential of being a ground Rohm, but you're going to need a lot more and better photos to be sure.

I added a few other photos. Poor lighting this time without flash. Today I worked dark to dark and this is good as it gets.

Do you need a translation of the rohm inscri.?
