Ron,
Nice! did you take the photos? If so, well done. I like the pickelhaube too. Very nice. Toss in a nice Pour le Merite (Blue Max) and a couple Imperial EKs and you'll really have a super nice photo op.

I'm not as versed on Prussian basket hilt degens as I should be. What's the story with the black hilt? I don't recall seeing one before (i'm now looking through my photos and reference book).
