emil voos daggers and knives are less often found, and if its not a parts dagger, and is all straight original and a good price, id say get it, as they made good quality, and I think i have a drss bayo by voos. Ill see if i can post the makers mark. Whats the price of the dagger you want to buy?Maybe you can get advice as to if its a deal or not.

sure is a pretty one. the knot bullion cord covered the ends of the handle, but i am assuming both ends are flush with the pommel, and the spacer, wich is another plus instead of looking like an overweight persons inner tube hanging over his belt all around..
If its not a parts dagger and the eagle is the correct one for the dagger you still cant hurt anything to try negotiating . I wouldnt think you would get hurt if you could score it between 9 and 11 but if they wont budge id say to still jump on it if its right. . Im sure it looks better in person. It looks like it even has the original grind marks on the blade... again its real sweet.

May be just my 2 cents worth, but I am pretty sure that this is an Army dress dagger.
A very nice one at that!

The crossguard is a generic type B.
Normaly, Emil Voos used the crossguard generic type A, but not ever.
The pommel cap is correct by E. Voos.
In my opinion is a very pretty dagger
