I can only make an observation and will leave the real comments done by the experts 
1.) Behind the eagle you can see a bigger hole in the wood might be replaced at some point or really a bad job putting the eagle in..
2.) detail of the eagle is not so nice. ( at least for me )
3.) The RZM stamp looks really bad runes are not the same and the R and Z look like faded??
Again these are my observations but just wanted to point them out, I referenced with close ups I saved on my laptop.
