                            Don' think this has been answered - apologies if I missed a response.

                            "181 R" - 181 Infanterie Regiment - Kgl. Sächs. 15. Infanterie-Regiment Nr.181

                            "B.A. XIX" is the marking for the Clothing Depot (Betriebs Abtelung) of the XIX Armee Corps.

                            181 Infanterie Regiment was part of the 40th Division (4. Königlich Sächsische) which in turn was part of the XIX Armee Corps.

                            The Regiment spent all of WW1 on the Western Front.
