Luneschloss trademark date?

Hi Guys, I would like to discover in what time period PD Luneschloss used this style of trademark. I have seen another style of mark with the makers name in a oval around the Greek helmet / sword design.

The mark is on a Navy dagger in my collection which I think is pre 1938 in date.

Here is the whole dagger. I think it was updated with a new 1938 pattern pommel.
