I just got this and I'm hoping its a good one. Let me know what you think. And can you guys tell me what this should have sold for because I paid way too much(I'm a little too embarrased to say exactly HOW too much) and I don't want to keep making the same mistakes.

and finally unlucky 13. this gouge in the scabbard which I don't think was there when I put this on lay away first because I don't remember it and second because it's shiny and sharp and new looking .

Hello Sal,
Without actually handling it it's a little harder to say, but to me it looks like a nice early uncleaned original piece. I don't see anything wrong with it.
I've seen nice examples like this go for 450-500.00.

Hi Sal,
It appears to be a nice uncleaned dagger very nice blade and compleate with its orriginal hanger don't dispear if youv'e overpaid ,in England the price would be in the region of £225 to £275. i have several in approx the same condition.
