    LH,
    Great looking Heers.

    Wags,
I may have a extra lobster in the near future. I'll let you know after the SOS.

It is a known variant of the E-Pack trademark logo. Seldom seen and it rates a
        "9" on the rarity scale.

However as mentioned the blade is not in good condition. IMO the variation of the maker logo does not superseed the condition of the blade as far as value
goes....in this case. And it's also -JMO-

Thank you very much guys for your help
I have it in hand and of course the blade is not mint but in very good condition for a 60 years old lady,it's a very very rare maker and a very displayable dagger , i will try to make some pics of the blade.
        Cheers,
        Martin.

I would not take less then $2500 for mine and not sure I would take that -but the blade on mine is very nice and is fitted with Pack aluminum hilt fittings. I also own a 2nd luft with this mark and a nickle plated blade.

DONT turn that blade around. These are one of the few manufacturers that I believe added their logos to the front of the blade, and not the back as is typically found. Drives me nuts every time someone has these swapped to make them "conform". I think spitzer did the same thing, if i've got the maker right in my head...

                    Tom,
That is more like this daggers real value, probably a little less because of the blade condition on this example, for type collectors this is one of the hardest trademarks to find on an army dagger and the one that I once owned had the same fittings as this dagger which is reassuring.

E-Pack transitional maker mark with no Siegfried Waffen scroll, check out the dealers sites........you will not find one .

                        Tom-
That's a killer E.P.S. you've shown there. Photo is quite nice as well.
