KM Dagger questions - fake or real

Couple of questions for the KM dagger experts.

1. Any models ever issued in nickle or silver finish.
2. How good are the repops.

I will attempt to post pics of 2 KM daggers tomorrow night.

As I know very little about these any help would be appreciated.
One is brass finish and the 2nd is Nickled or silver finish. Both Eickhorn maker
marked but different logos. As usual, pics will tell all I hope.

Most collectors don't like the silver KM daggers. The rumor has been that since administrative hangers were silver instead of gold that the daggers were silver as well. Personally unless it's a very late war piece that's lost its gold finish, I'd be very skeptical.

Gold finish Eickhorn Navy dagger has 1941 trademark varriation, & looks all authentic, & in excellent condition.
