From the pictures you show, It looks like a text book Eickhorn transitional dagger in very good condition. Even the scabbard throat looks right . The cross guards lack some detail in the grooves but I wouldnt be to concered.

Straight original transitional 1938 Eickhorn. Very nice example. All original from what I see. Yes, a keeper for sure.
